I have always been passionate about Sports and Nutrition. Got lucky to be involved in some really interesting projects that led me to meet with some of these fantastic girls and guys. Now my journey led me to Mallorca where I co-founded Block HQ. Hi my name is Josh, and throughout the period of 6 weeks of working with Dayle, I found that not only did my physical performance increase due to the training, diet and healthy lifestyle but my physical stature changed into what I set out to do before starting the plan. Focusing on sustainable clean eating, specific programming based around my schedule I was able to reach a condition in which I never thought would be possible. Hi my name is Adrian, and I found it extremely difficult to gain any traction in my own training while working in such a demanding job role. After contacting Dayle and discussing the logistics of the programme I decided to commit to a 6 week programme. In that time I worked hard, stuck to his specific programming and results immediately started to show. My waist pulled in, my chest pulled out and everything just seemed to become that much more tighter. By the end of my 6 weeks I had ‘abs’ which I thought were years of work on the horizon, but seems as it only takes 6 weeks!

Hi my name is Jessica and living in Australia where I work on the mining camp made it difficult to commit to any training schedule, but Dayle completely changed that. Writing me 2 training schedules, one for while on camp, and another for when I was home. He made it extremely sustainable and enjoyable. My focus was to tighten up around the waist, reduce body fat and increase muscle mass and by the end of my 6 weeks I had achieved both.

After receiving nothing but great feedback about Dayle’s work, Joe decided to contact Block HQ that Dayle co-founded to undergo his 6 week training plan. Joe wanted to shape up and get fit for his future trip to Thailand which was 2 weeks post his training at Block-HQ.

The former owner of Unit-27 and current co-owner of Block HQ ensured that specific dieting, celeb programming and correct motivation helped Joe gain 4kg of Lean Muscle mass in the space of 2.5 weeks.

Joe was provided a meal plan in our Restaurant at Villa Columbus that alternated day by day avoiding monotony. In addition he was not only initially measured on our InBody 270 composition analysis machine with our head coach but every active week after. This way we could programme a new flavoured plan, which is our structure. We continued to do full body physical examination throughout the screenings to ensure results were still in line with what we had programmed for.

Block-HQ is home to the InBody 270, one of the leading body fat analysers in this current day and age. Many brands around the world profess to be extremely specific and precise, but the truth is that a-lot of them are fantastic pieces of equipment but not that precise, and not that consistent.

The InBody brands are the closest as far precision is concerned to a dexa-scan and at Block HQ, we have the 270 😁💪

This scan can determine so much information to then ensure that we can provide you with the best training and on top of that, track your progress consistently. Some of the measurements read below:

Weight (KG)
Skeletal Muscle Mass (It is the type of muscle that powers movement of the skeleton, as in walking and lifting)
Body Fat Mass (How much fat is in your body)
Percentage Body Fat (The percent of fat of your entire weight)
Segmental Muscle Analysis (How much muscle in each part of your body)
Segmental Fat Analysis (How much fat in each part of your body)
Visceral Fat Level (The ‘deep fat’ in your body – 1-10)
A rough estimate of how many calories you will burn over 30 minutes in certain sports based on your current readings.

On top of this, it also includes target weights, a log of your previous measurements which provides a graph of history and so much more! 📈😵
